ROMANIAN PRIDE?

The flag of Romania in it's distinctive BLUE, YELLOW and RED. The African nation of Chad has a basically identical flag (the colors are slightly different tints) and they are disputing who gets to keep it. The problem, as I understand it, stems from Romania's flag having had a shield cut from the center after the '89 Revolution. The flag flies alot, usually next the European Union flag. National pride, unfortunately, doesn't appear to be as strong.
