SOFIA'S FIRST ROMANIAN MEAL

Sofia had her first mamaliga cu smantana today.... what is this you ask? "Mamaliga" is a corn meal dish (similar to grits) and it is served with "smantana," which is sour cream. She seemed to like it and well, I know I do! It was the first Romanian dish and definitely won't be the last!
