....is the new book by the guy who wrote The Kite Runner. As my surprise from America, Lisa bought it for me. Brand new, unread. What a treat! Most of the books I read are borrowed or very used .....good thing the words don't wear thin! I'm holding out to start it because I just know it'll be good and I want it to last.
Also reading a little book called No Easy Walk, about the journey of African Americans. Just about finished with Ordering Your Personal World, by Gordon MacDonald. Very thought-provoking. I want to read Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men soon. Not sure why.
