A little communism history..... the large, ornate office building was oce the main communism building. From the balcony above the front doors and flags, the dictator made his last speech before being unceremoniously hauled off and executed.
The other building, an auditorium, is Palace Hall, built to house all of the grand communist speeches that were delivered. Today, American rock bands have concerts there.
