This sign appears all over the city of Bucharest, advertising CLOTHES FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE VERY BIIIIIIG AND XXXXXL! A flattering description that is common.... there is no "beating around the bush" about weight. But, the upside is this: it's a factory store with low prices!
