This is "The Palace of the People" in Bucharest ....it was built by the former dictator to bring glory to himself. It is the 2nd largest building in the WORLD ....only the Pentagon is bigger. More of it is underground than above. This edifice is what helped bankrupt this country and bring it to it's knees. Rumors abound about things that happened here ...like how workers were executed so they could not divulge the location of secret tunnels and bunkers.
