Please don't throw your garbage out your kitchen window--don't forget you're living in Bucharest!
....this sign was in a block's entryway (taken by Jen our school director), reminding the residents of the obvious. To understand it, I need to tell you that a lot of people started out in the village, where they would throw table scraps out the kitchen window. In the city, on the 7th floor let's say, it's undesireable habit! Once, disgarded spahetti noodles landed on our van (which was parked below the window) and glued itself there in the sunshine, thus leaving a faint stain to remain forever.
