We went to Piata Obor today to get all the things we need tyo make pickles.... cucumbers, jars and lids and lots of spices. Pickling is a common thing in this country and they pickle lots of things. We stopped for some battered and deep-fried bitter chesse with white powdered sugar sprinkled on it... it might not SOUND good, but it sure does TASTE good!
