This great house is COTROCENI PALACE. Completed in 1681, it has been home to a handful of nobility from a handful of countries. Today, it sits on a tree-filled plot of land in the middle of this bustling city. It is home to the President of Romania and his Executive Offices. It is Romania's version of The White House.
